This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Southeast
Louisiana…South Mississippi and the adjacent coastal waters.

.DAY ONE…Today and Tonight

A marginal risk of excessive rainfall will exist along and east of
a line from Interstate 59 to Houma. Rainfall amounts are expected
be mainly 1 to 2 inches with locally higher amounts in these
areas.

Waterspout activity will be possible today.

Expect mostly cloudy skies with scattered to numerous thunderstorms today. Locally heavy rainfall will be possible. Highs in the mid to upper 80s
Tonight, some drier air will reduce rain chances and clouds over the more inland and western locations where showers and thunderstorms are expected to be more isolated as a weak frontal boundary moves into the area. Higher chances of showers and thunderstorms are expected to continue near the coast. Lows are expected to range from the upper 60s over southwest Mississippi to the mid to upper 70s near the coast.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Thursday through Tuesday

A marginal risk of excessive rainfall will remain along and east
of a line from Interstate 59 to Houma through at least Thursday.
Rainfall amounts are expected be mainly 1 to 2 inches with locally
higher amounts in these areas.

Mostly Cloudy with scattered thunderstorms. Highs in the upper 80s to low 90s.
