The City of New Orleans Mosquito, Termite and Rodent Control Board (NOMTRCB) has planned aerial and truck mosquito abatement tonight from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. in Orleans Parish. Areas include Elysian Fields Avenue to Venetian Isles, and from Hayne Boulevard to Interstate-10/610.

NOMTRCB recently began a new notification system. More information can be obtained by signing up for text alerts at http://ready.nola.gov/home/, or by emailing the Mosquito, Termite and Rodent Control Board at mosquitocontrol@nola.gov.
