
On Friday, Sept. 28, and Tuesday, Oct. 2, the TV series “NCIS: New Orleans” will be filming in the French Quarter.
The sequence being filmed on Friday, Sept. 28, involves a simulated special effects blast that will happen one time during filming between the hours of 8 p.m. and 12 a.m. The sequence on Friday, Sept. 28, also involves a full road closure in the 300 block of Front Street between 6 p.m. and 12 a.m.
The sequence being filmed on Tuesday, Oct. 2, involves a full road closure in the 300 block of Front Street between the hours of 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. Filming will be conducted under the supervision of the New Orleans Police Department and New Orleans Fire Department. All filming is being done with the knowledge and cooperation of the New Orleans Film Office.
