NOPD needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person.

Brian Gulliver-Garcia (DOB 8/20/1977) was last seen at approximately 2:30 p.m., October 20, 2018, at his residence, in the 1700 block of South Gayoso Street. Gulliver-Garcia informed family members that he had suicidal thoughts. Gulliver-Garcia cell phone was last tracked near the Audubon Park area, the phone has since gone offline. He has not been seen or heard from since.

Brian Gulliver-Garcia was described as being 6’1” tall, weighing 170 lbs., he was last seen wearing a dark polo with white stripes and jeans.
