NOPD needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person.

Tory Kinler, 46-year-old left his home located in the 200 block of Cambridge Court on Friday, October 12, 2018. He was last seen driving a gray 2005 Chevrolet Silverado. The reporting person stated that Kinler has not been seen or heard from since.
