The NOPD is searching for a subject wanted for simple kidnapping and domestic abuse battery in the Second District.

Warren Jenks (B/M DOB: 11/23/1986) is wanted in connection with an incident that occurred on April 28, 2019 around 4:35 p.m. in the 8800 block of Forshey Street.

Jenks arrived at the victim’s residence to return her vehicle. To prevent Jenks from taking the vehicle again, the victim sat in the driver’s seat. Jenks then reportedly forced the victim into the passenger seat and drove off with her still in the vehicle. Jenks then crashed the vehicle and stole the victim’s cell phone. He then fled the location on foot.

Jenks is wanted for simple kidnapping, domestic abuse battery, simple criminal damage, and theft.
