he NOPD is searching for a subject wanted for aggravated assault with a firearm in the Third District.

The incident occurred on April 29, 2019 around 2:07 p.m. in the 2700 block of Clover Street.

The wanted subject, identified as William Raymond Decou DOB: 10/26/1996), is accused of brandishing a long black rifle and pointing it at the victim. The weapon was concealed in a green camouflage jacket he was wearing at the time.
