The NOPD is searching for a subject wanted for an attempted simple burglary of a business in the Eighth District.

The incident occurred on July 13, 2019 around 12:28 p.m. in the 1500 block of Poydras Street. The wanted male subject entered the business after shattering the front glass door with his backpack. The wanted subject leaned over the front counter and found the cash register was empty. He then fled the location in an unknown direction. No property was taken.
