New Orleans – New Orleans Police are asking for the public’s assistance with locating a missing family.

On November 30, 2023 the reporting person drove his daughter, her husband, and their two daughters (pictured) to the Greyhound bus station at 1001 Loyola Avenue in New Orleans. The reporting person stated the family was moving to Houston, Texas and he received a text message the same date advising the family had arrived at their destination. 

The reporting person attempted to make contact with his daughter the same week without success. He made contact with other relatives in Texas who advised the family never arrived at their destination. Subsequent attempts to make contact with the family have also been unsuccessful.   

Missing are Steys Yanira David-Funez, Hispanic female, DOB 02/02/1997, her husband Ramon Ruiz Crisanto, Hispanic male, DOB 06/20/1992, and their two Hispanic daughters Jazzlyn Esther Ruiz David, DOB 10/02/2019, and Dara Ismeray Ruiz David, DOB 09/10/2022.
